PMI Gatekeeper Realty Services is a full service real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties real time access to maintenance requests and billing.

Residential management includes single family homes, condos, town homes, and multi-unit structures. Commercial projects include office buildings, retail centers and industrial space. We are a full service property manager, which means we offer tenant screening and leasing as well as monthly rent collection, property maintenance coordination and financial reporting.

Jeff Post has lived in the Cincinnati area most of his life so he knows the area like the back of his hand. He has been in Real Estate for nearly a decade and enjoys meeting people and working with both owners and tenants.
He has obtained his Associates degree in Marketing, and also a Bachelor’s degree in Applied and General Studies with an Industrial Engineering track; both from the University of Cincinnati. Jeff lives with his family in the Cincinnati area where all of his immediate family still lives. He thrives on doing things right and is a master in compliance. Jeff was an accomplished Process Engineer with a local manufacturing company for many years before starting his Real Estate business and establishing PMI Cincinnati. Jeff is a real estate investor himself so he knows the industry and relates to owners needs first hand.
